Preston Mudd

Template:InfoCharacter Preston Mudd was a kid and minor character that only appeared in the first book. He was a very good athlete and even made "Athlete of the Month" but on the plague, his name was put as P. Mudd. Some boys found out it sounded like, Pee Mud and they start making fun of Preston for it. He hasn't been mentioned since. This caused Greg to believe he shouldn't do the best in gym. However, this might have been an excuse for Greg not wanting to look bad if he didn't do well/ failed the unit, as 'G.Heffley' is not easily open to insults. In the Popularity List, Preston is put in the 153rd mark above Rowley according to the movie.

Trivia

• If you look closely in the movie, you can see Preston's plaque in the hallways, though, he himself doesn't appear in the movie. But he is reported to be in the movie. He is seen when Greg is about to touch the Cheese Touch (His lower body is only seen.)
