Precious Poochie is the title character in the comics of the same name. He is believed to have existed for over fifty years, with the comic material being reused after the death of his comic's creator. His character is targeted to senior citizens and he is unacquainted to gadgets, regardless of the time they were invented. Senior citizens adore the character and treat him like he is their real pet, while Greg finds the character unfunny and useless. He is unable to talk and uses thought bubbles to communicate, like Garfield.
