"Papa Tony" is the owner of the restaurant Papa Tony's. His real name is unknown and he is always referred by his nickname "Papa Tony", Greg asked him for his advertisement for his newspaper The Neigbourhood Tattler, he gave them a small one, Greg got mad and criticized his restaurant in his newest issue.
