History
In Cabin Fever, Greg and Rowley need his advertisement for their newspaper, The Neighborhood Tattler. Papa Tony gave them a rather small advertisement, which Greg puts next to a negative review of the establishment in question. It goes into detail about how Papa Tony gives you a mean look whenever you take more than two napkins, as well as the less than stellar quality of the grape soda, in which they used to sell it in cans before having the customer buy the fountain variant. Greg quotes that the soda doesn't mix well. When Papa Tony himself reads the paper, he is not pleased by it.
