Ned the Napkin only appears once throughout the series, on page 130 in Cabin Fever.Its about a napkin called Ned and how his friends ask him to clean their spills.It appears that 2 kids and Ned are at lunch, then one of the boys spills his Soda. He asks Ned to clean it up, but he asks why they always ask HIM.
