Ned the Napkin is one of the comics created by Rowley Jefferson for his and Greg's newspaper, The Neighborhood Tattler. In the only know strip, a kid spills his soda at lunch and asks Ned to clean it. Ned then wonders why he always asks him to clean their spills.
