Ned the Napkin was a comic created by Rowley Jefferson for his and Greg's newspaper, The Neighborhood Tattler. It is about the adventures of a living Napkin named Ned. There is only one known comic, and in it we see Ned having lunch with two kids. One of them spills their soda, so he asked Ned to clean it. Ned then asks them why they always have him clean up their spills.
