Ned the Napkin was a comic created by Rowley Jefferson for his and Greg's newspaper,The Neighborhood Tattler. It is about the adventures of a living Napkin named Ned. There is only one known comic, in it there is Ned having lunch with two kids. One of them spills their soda, so one of the kids asked Ned to clean it. Ned gets suprised that they always pick him to clean their stuff, and he asks them why.
