Mrs. Spangler lives down the street from Greg. Greg explains in Cabin Fever in pages 63 and 64 that she won the raffle a year ago and the whole 7th grade showed up in Mrs. Spangler's backyard to clean. But there were only 2 rakes, so a lot of 7th graders had nothing to do. So they did stuff like talk, drink sodas, listen to music, play catch, chase, and much more. By the time the it was done, it was worse that it started.
