Mrs. Pants only appears in Cabin Fever on page 21 while Robert Jefferson, Rowley's dad, and Frank Heffley, Greg's dad, talk to her about Nasty Pants after Greg talks about Nasty Pants to his dad and they, Rowley, and Rowley's dad come over to Nasty Pants' house to stop his bullying. But, Nasty Pants hinself himself came to the door, and Rowley and Greg made a run for it. But Mrs. Pants said he was only 5 and gets a little wound up sometimes.

"You smell like a dirty diaper, P.U.!" Nasty Pants exclaims as Mrs. Pants talks to Greg's dad and Rowley's dad.

Greg's dad was mad at Greg for letting himself get bulied by someone in kindergartedn, but Greg explains it as if he was being chased by someone with a stick, you don't stop and ask him how old he is.
