Mrs. Hills

Mrs. Hills is the mother of Holly and Heather Hills and is Mr. Hills's wife. She makes a cameo in the church in Rodrick Rules and an appearance in Dog Days. Her name is never revealed. She is played by Emily Holmes in the films.
