Mr. Tanner

Template:InfoCharacter Mr. Tanner was a participant of the Lock-In. He checked Tyson Sanders' arm to see if the photo and his arm were a perfect match. After Tyson was cleared of the incident, Mr. Tanner later apologized, saying "Any reasonable person would make the same mistake".
