Template:InfoCharacterMr. Matthews is the online counterpart of Mr. Hills, Frank keeps saying that if he had a hundred more kids, but they would all be girls because he has four daughters. He also conducted the Rec League trials.

In the movie, Mr. Hills was played by Jeff Kinney.
