Template:InfoCharacterMr. Matthews is the online counterpart of Mr. Hills, Frank keeps saying that he could have a hundred kids, but they will all be girls because he has four daughters. He also conducted the Rec League trials.

In the movie, Mr. Hills was played by Jeff Kinney.
