Mr. Barrett is the scout master of Boy Scout Troop 133, which is what Troop Greg and Rowley are in. Greg and Rowley were whittling with soap, then just mushed it together with their hands and said it was a sheep, then turned it over and called it the Titantic. Mr. Barrett seems old and easy to fool.
