The Mingo Kids are minor antagonists in Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Hard Luck. They live in the woods like wild animals. Greg never sees them in school and thinks that they don't attend his. Their leader is Meckley Mingo, who chases people with his belt. They also appear to be a little illiterate since one of the kids said "git" instead of "get," and often chase anyone who comes near their woods after-school.
