Aunt Mary Lou ,is the great aunt of Greg, Rodrick and Manny and she only appears in the online version of Diary of a Wimpy Kid.

She mistakens Greg for Rodrick, and Manny for Greg.She even said "Who are you?" to Rodrick in Christmas. She may have Alzheimer's.
