This was the new and updated version of the movie diary,it was released on 15 Feb,2011.The cover was the same but had a small circle with Rodrick Rules written and the head of Rodrick illustrated.The book also had the behind-the-scenes of the second film.

This is going to be the the eighth book in the main series.Its teaser was announced in 25 March,2013 in which Greg was illustrated with an umbrella with magical eight balls raining.It will be released in November,2013.
