Leon Ricket was a bully from Greg's school, he was seen in detention in The Last Straw, he was bullying Greg.

Trivia:

It is unknown why Leon was in detentio, maybe it was because of the fact he tried to kill a wasp with a chair.
Leon was never seen again in the books.
