Leland

Leland is Rowley's next-door neighbor. In the second book, he baby-sits Rowley while his parents were gone. Leland is obsessed with Magick and Monsters.

He enters the talent show as a ventriloquist, but everybody thought he stunk. He ended up winning,with an act of ventriloquism that the judges said was "wholesome".
