Jeffrey Laffley

Jeffrey Laffley is a goon of Bryce Anderson, who has him do silly things in front of the girls to gain popularity. Greg thinks that the only reason Bryce keeps him around is for comic relief. He was voted the class clown in Hard Luck. Greg thought of using Fregley the same way Bryce was using Jeffrey.
