Jeffrey Chang

He was the last kid in the Lock-In who had food remaining and locked himself in the bathroom to enjoy his cheese puffs. However, the teachers knew what was up, so he started dumping all his cheese puffs into the toilet seat and flushed them

Jeffrey is depicted with dark hair, and round glasses. Due to his name (and to a lesser extent his appearance), he might be of Chinese heritage.
