His first and only appearance is on page 143 in Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Ugly Truth,he was the last kid in the Lock-In who had junk-food remaining,he locked himself in the bathroom to enjoy his cheese puffs, but the teachers knew what was up, so he started dumping all his cheese puffs into the toilet seat and flushed them
Appearance
Jeffrey is depicted with dark hair, and round glasses. Due to his name,he might be of Chinese heritage,but its unknown if he is of Chinese decent or not.
