His first and only appearance is on page 143 in Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Ugly Truth,he was the last kid in the Lock-In who had junk-food remaining,he locked himself in the bathroom to enjoy his chips,but the teachers started knocking at the door,so he started dumping all his chips into the toilet seat and flushed them
Appearance
Jeffery is depicted with black hair, and round glasses. Due to his name,he might be of Chinese heritage,but its unknown if he is of Chinese decent or not.
