How to Make Sock Puppets is a book that Greg Heffley borrowed from the library when he was eight, and forgot to return it. In Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days, Greg finds it buried it in a pile of old comics. He fears that he will be arrested if he returns to the library and is nervous around librarians.
