Holly Hills is Heather Hills's little sister.

She has made an appearance in the original, The Last Straw and Dog Days. She may appear in the fifth book. She was once Greg Heffley's crush, until it failed when she called him Fregley, which Greg took as an insult. She likes Rowley Jefferson, because she thinks that he is "cute". Greg however attempts to break this by writing a note to Holly, but what has it caused to her remains unknown so far, but it is possible this may be answered in Book 5. There is a possibility that she may like Greg, or she may be either focusing on Rowley just to make Greg jealous.

She did not appear in the movie, although a similar character named Angie appears. However, the two do not share anything similar except their appearance.

In the online version, she is called Piper Matthews and is in a relationship, wherelse in the the books, this isn't shown.
