Geese are some animals that appeared in Double Down, who chase Greg and Rowley when they walked home from school. They land in Greg's town as a stop on their route while they migrate. They usually go to Greg's school field, but this year they stayed in town. Greg says the geese are super aggressive. Later, when Greg and Rowley are writing their movie but they eat the gummy worms, Rowley tries to scare them away by saying "Dog, dog, dog" on the See-and-Talk.
