Fregley

Template:Character Fregley is a widely unpopular student at Greg's middle school, and is a minor antagonist in the series. Like Rowley, he has appeared many times with his mouth wide open, much more often than most of the characters.

Personality

Fregley tends to be disgusting as his character in the book series, always hanging out in his front yard alone doing a wide range of disturbing activities, such as talking to Greg about repulsive topics; his secret freckle and his scab are examples. In Diary of a Wimpy Kid, it is revealed that he shouts "Juice, juice!" when he needs to use the boys bathroom; teachers view this literally and often end up giving him "juice" out of frustration.

Appearance

Fregley is illustrated with glasses, short, rounded hair and a wide-open mouth, a black shirt and a scarf in Greg's journals.

Relationships

Greg Heffley

Greg emphatically is not at all fond of Fregley, although Fregley seems to think that Greg is his friend. Fregley offers to talk to Gregory about various strange and gross things, and offers to play absurd games with him, such as "Diaper Whip," one of which totally makes Greg mad. In Dog Days, Greg's mom invites him to Gregory's house, only to end up in a large conflict. Greg writes down a few pages later that he thinks that Fregley's parents own a wire fence.

Trivia

• In the online book, it is stated that Fregley knew Gregory since kindergarten, and instead of Fregley wrestling Greg, a kid named Stinky Willems wrestles him instead of Fregley.
• So far, Fregley's last name remains unknown. Some people believe that his last name is Poop, but it isn't proven.
• Fregley cannot eat sugary sweet foods, since he becomes very hyper active when he does.
• He has appeared in every book as an irrelevant human with the exception of Rodrick Rules. This has since become a great interest to many fans, but it will likely to be answered later.
• According to the movie, he is placed 201th on the popular list (the bottom.)
