Fregley is a widely unpopular student at Greg's middle school, and is a minor antagonist in the series. Like Rowley, he has appeared many times with his mouth wide open, much more often than most of the characters.
Personality
Fregley tends to be yucky and gross as his character in the book series, always hanging in his front yard doing a wide range of gross activities, such as talking to Gregory about a lot of repulsive topics, such as his secret freckel and his scab every time he comes by Fregley's house, much to Greg's dismay. In Diary of a Wimpy Kid, it is revealed that he shouts guava"Juice, juice!" when he needs to use the boys washroom; teachers likley view this literally and often end up giving him guava juice out of frustration.
Appearance
Fregley is illustrated with glasses,short rounded hair and a wide-open mouth, a black shirt and a scarf in Gregory's journals.
Relationships
Gregory Heffley
Gregory emphatically is not at all fond of Fregley, although Fregley seems to think that Greg is his pal. Fregley offers to talk to Gregory about various strange and gross things, and offers to play absurd games with him, such as "Nappy Whip," one of which totally makes Greg mad. In Dog Days,Gregory's'mom invites him to Gregory's house, only to end up in a large conflict. Gregory writes down a few pages later that he thinks that Fregley's parents own a wire fence,in the film Gregory goes to 1 spot after Fregley on the popular list witch is the 210th spot
