This unnamed character was the mother of Fregley.She briefly appears in the first book when she says that she is glad that Fregley has company when Greg is called by Fregley when he is pretending to having a sleep-over with him in-front of Rowley and Collin Lee.In the movie it is mentioned that she makes unusual clothings for Fregley out of old clothes for example shirt made out of old pyjamas.
