Francis Elliott Kranz (born on July 13, 1981) is an American actor who played the role of Bill Walter in the Rodrick Rules film adaption. He is better known for playing Topher Brink in the T.V. series 'Dollhouse'.

Early Life

Francis started acting in third and fourth grade and knew from a very young age that he wanted to be an actor when he growed up. Kranz grew up in Los Angeles, California and attended Harvard-Westlake High School. Kranz graduated from Yale University in 2004, where he was a member of The Ex!t Players.
