Find A Friend Station is a machine that used to be the Tell-A-Teacher Station from Hard Luck. The idea is that if a person doesn't have a friend, they can press the button on the machine and wait for a person to respond to the buzzing sound and the blue light which comes from it. When both Greg and Rowley press the button, nobody comes (or comes in time for Rowley) so a teacher Mr. Nern takes them to play a game of checkers.
