Find A Friend Station is a machine that used to be the Tell-A-Teacher Station from Hard Luck. The idea is that
if a person doesn't have a friend, they can press the button on the machine and wait for a person to respond to the buzzing sound and the blue light which comes from it. When both Greg and Rowley press the button, nobody comes ( or comes in time for Rowley) so a teacher Mr. Nern takes them to play a game of checkers.
