Eugene Ellis is the new president of student council his speech was that if he was elected as a president he will replace all the toilet papers with soft and quilted kind.
He didn't handed out lollipops or post posters to buy votes so children thought of not taking his speech seriousley but after his speech the children realized that they have problems with the toilet papers in the bathroom so they voted for him and he become the president.
However when he won the teachers said that it will be too expensive to stock all toilets with good quality toilet paper so the teacher said students will be able to bring their own toilet paper.
