He and Eric Reynolds were the last two male members of the Safety Patrol before it became all-girls--according to Greg, they were both captains but were kicked off the Safety Patrols during the first week of school after winter break after they got caught getting into a snowball outside of one of the Kindergarten classrooms at the elementary school.
