An unnamed 14th book in the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series by Jeff Kinney was confirmed in January 2019.[1] While the full title has not yet been confirmed, it starts with "Wr."[2] It will be released on November 5th, 2019.[3][4] The book was officially confirmed on February 20th, 2019, after it was listed on Amazon.[4]

According to an interview on YouTube with Jeff Kinney, the book will be about "home improvements and displacement and moving." He did not specify which character will be moving.[5]
