It was confirmed that a 13th book would be made by Jeff Kinney via his Twitter account in a response to a fan question. [2] It was later officialy announced on the Diary of a Wimpy Kid Website and with an article by Publishers Weekly being shared by Jeff Kinney on hist Twitter account. [3]
