Plot
The plot of this books is currently unknown. During the books virtually live event, it was hinted at that the cheese touch would make a return in this book. Also the books title text contains some of the letters in a cheese touch/cheese font.
Jeff Kinney stated in an interview that the book will be about exceptionalism. In an interview, Jeff stated that "Greg always thought he was special in some way, despite lacking any evidence to support that notion. - The cover's color is red-orange as revealed in the book's Virtually Live event
- The words Double Down in the title are written in cheese letters/font, as confirmed during the book's Virtually Live event, which in that event they hinted that the cheese might return in this book.
