Diaper Hands is a meme in Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Long Haul (film) .It is made when Manny is stuck in a slide at Corny's and Greg goes in the slide to save him but when he tries to find him in the ball pit he finds a diaper stuck to his hand and starts yelling, and people notice him and start taking photos/videos and posting them onto social websites and he becomes an outcast, as he mentioned. He finds two girls in a credit chip of the film, they take selfies with him who recognize him as the meme called Diaper Hands.
