Diaper Hands is a meme in Diary of a wimpy kid: The Long Haul (film).It is made when Manny is stuck in a slide at Corny's and Greg goes in the slide to save him but when he tries to find him in the ball pit he finds a diaper stuck to his hand and starts yelling, and people notice him and start taking photos/videos and posting them onto social websites like Instagram, as in the film.
