Demon Dawgs is a team who played against the Red Socks and caused their first ever lost in the Rec League season in the play-offs, ending their chance for an undefeated season.

Their name appeared in the newspaper, when the midfielder James Bryon kicked a half field goal. This got the Red Socks angry at Greg because he was the goal-keeper, and at that time he was playing with some flowers instead of blocking the goal. So they pelted him Greg with orange peels.
