During her and Gary's fourth or fifth date, Cindy told Gary that she has thirty-five or even forty thousand dollars saved in the bank. Gary said that he has seventy (implying seventy thousand), but it appeared that Gary actually has seventy dollars. Cindy did not know that until her wedding day when Gary had to pay the bar tab. This might be why they got a divorce.
