Template:InfoCharacter Carter was one of the teenagers who threw water at Greg Heffley and Rowley Jefferson on Halloween. He is not identified in the book, and he does not appear in any other of the sequel books except the first book. He is played by Samuel Patrick Chu in the movie. He is also the one who hurt Rowley when catching him and Greg.
