Template:InfoCharacter Carter was one of the teenagers who threw water at Greg Heffley and Rowley Jefferson on Halloween. He is not identified in the book and does not appear in any other of the sequel books except the first book. He is the one who holded the fire extinguisher when throwing at Greg and Rowley. He is played by Samuel Patrick Chu in the movie.
