Template:InfoCharacter Carter was one of the teenagers who threw water at Greg and Rowley on Halloween. He is not identified in the book, and he does not appear in any other of the sequel books except the first book. He is played by Samuel Patrick Chu in the movie. He is also the one who hurt Rowley when catching him and Greg.He later toilet-papered Gramma's house with his friends because Greg and Rowley had hidden there.
