Boy Scouts was mentioned in Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Old School.

When Greg and his cabinnates was desperate that his chaperone Mr. Jefferson already left due to the Poison Ivy he inhaled on the smoke and they haven't started building their shelter. Greg tries to spy on a group that has a bunch of Boy Scouts in it to see if he could pick up any pointers from them, but those guys was not willing to give away their secrets.
