Billy Staples

Template:InfoCharacter Billy Staples is the bully of Frank Heffley during middle school. He liked pinning kids arms behind their back untilether cry. He burst into tears and wets his pants for getting into trouble by his father because Frank's father Mr. Heffley told Billy's father about his actions of bullying his son and was told not to bully other kids.
