- He was very cruel, as he pinned kids arm behind their back until they started crying. He started crying himself after every kid in the neighborhood told their parents and they came to complain to Mr. Staples and Billy was then told not to bully kids again.
Appearance as a Child
- He appeared to look like a middle school student and appears to look a bit like a bully with his teeth sticking out and having freckles.
- He hasn't been seen since so it is unknown how he looks as an adult.
