Template:InfoCharacter William "Billy" Staples was a person who was the bully of Frank Heffley during his middle school, appearing in Cabin Fever.
Personality
He was very mean as he pinned kids arm behind their back until they started crying. He started crying himself and wet his pants after every kid in the neighborhood told their parents and they came to complain to Mr. Staples and Billy was then told not to bully kids again.
Appearance as a Child
He appeared to look like a middle school student and appears to look a bit like a bully with his teeth sticking out and having freckles.
