Template:InfoCharacter William "Billy" Staples was a person who was the bully of Frank Heffley during his middle school.
Personality
He was a sadist as he pinned kids arm behind their back until they start crying, which is quite sadistic. He started crying and also wet his pants after the whole neighborhood kids told their parents and they came and complained to Mr. Staples and he was then told not to bully kids again.
Appearance as a Child
He appeared to look like a middle school student and appears to look sort of a bully with his teeth sticking out and freckles.
He hasn't been seen since so it's unknown how he looks as an adult.
